For the past 30 years, I have served clients on Long Island, in Nassau County, Suffolk County and throughout the metropolitan area in four main areas of law:

• Estate administration : I represent executors and administrators who are responsible for the probate or administration of a loved one’s will.
• Estate planning : I draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other estate planning documents to protect your assets and your beneficiaries.
• Business law : I help entrepreneurs and small-business owners protect their personal assets and obtain preferred tax treatment through the creation of business entities. I also draft and review business contracts and agreements.
• Real estate : I handle transactions for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property in New York.
