Estate Administration With or Without a Will
I know how to properly handle estate administration cases with or without a will. If there is a will, then we follow the directions in the will to distribute the assets. If there is no will, an administrator is appointed to collect the necessary information. This includes information on asset collection, paying the bills and debts of the deceased, filing tax returns and paying out the beneficiaries.
